Role and Responsibilities

Working on revolutionary and ground-breaking products and services that are rapidly expanding, we are now recruiting for a Quality Assurance Specialist to work across multiple projects. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and wants to work on interesting evolving projects, loves being involved in new challenges and wants an opportunity to develop and grow within an expanding company. We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with an unwavering commitment to meticulous accuracy within document production. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure that our final product and services observe the company’s quality standards. You will be a detail-oriented professional who is responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.

 

Our ideal candidate is an exceptionally organised, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our services to the next level with respect to accuracy and client deliverables. You will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our services, but also fosters a “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production and the finished product.


The role duties are:

    • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
    • Carefully maintain accuracy rates and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
    • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
    • Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across service lines.
    • Monitor and analyse problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management.
    • Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance.
    • Provide training and support to the wider team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
    • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills.
    • Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing documents to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
    • Spearhead the tracking, documenting, and reporting of quality levels and KPIs.
    • Analyse and investigate service complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2 years previous Quality Assurance experience/ specialist document handling (essential) 
 

Desired Skills

    • Excellent communicator – both written and oral.
    • Organised and methodical with high attention details.
    • Superb computer competence, including database management.
    • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
    • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.
    • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

    • – £30,000 pa gross 
    • – Plus up to £10,000 – gross performance related bonus
