We appreciate that early supporters of Mortgagefree have waited for their remedy for longer than we anticipated;

 

I am sure you appreciate that eliminating mortgages and getting payments back is not an easy task.

 

In our quest to deliver the intended outcome for all our Members, the Mortgagefree strategy has evolved twice since 2019 to overcome the unforeseen challenges of a rigged system:

  • In 2020 we evolved the strategy as it was revealed that HM Land Registry would not uphold Indemnity claims even though the evidence categorically proves that mortgages are void. This was proven by rejected claims made by members of the Great British Mortgage Swindle group. The Land Registry excuse was that “Registering void mortgages is common practice.”
  • In 2020 we developed a Private Administrative Law process that intended to overcome the Land Registry excuse via obtaining a Foreign Judgement. We anticipated that Foreign Judgements would not be challenged in the UK Courts and, therefore, the Land Registry could not apply their “common practice” excuse.
  • Recently in 2022, it was revealed that the High Courts would not uphold Foreign Judgements relating to mortgages without a fresh hearing in the UK, these hearings would obviously be rigged to protect the banks and Land Registry, both would probably use the excuse of “its common practice”


We have again reacted and improved the Mortgagefree process to overcome the “its common practice” problem. The 2022 process is peaceful and actually benefits the mortgage market. We are confident that our 2022 strategy (proven to have worked in the US) has the highest probability of success.


The 2022 Mortgagefree Process

  • The Mortgagefree Private Administrative Law process creates a lien over the Cestui Que Vie (CQV) trusts of the mortgage provider directors and Chief Land Registrar
  • The liens are assigned to Abundance Infinite Returns
  • Via a combination of the Abundance Infinite Returns and Money Creator services, new spendable money is created. The mortgagor uses the spendable money to discharge their current mortgage and recover payments made or recover payments made on past mortgages
